Sorry if the photos from my last post alarmed you... I'm doing much better after a few days of antibiotics and hopefully will recover fully within the week.

Ugh, turns out I have some sort of antibiotic-resistant bacterial bloom going on my face. I must've either picked it up during my recent plane trips or my immune system lowered its guard long enough for this bug to take off. Anyway. Great, so, my right eye socket has become ground zero for the arms race between medicine and bacteria... :-P

The good docs at PAMF put me on two kinds of antibiotics now with a third waiting in the wings. I've got my fingers crossed.
